Our Story — A Wilderness Homestead on the Garden Route
We’re not a hotel. We’re a working off-grid homestead on the Wilderness stretch of South Africa’s Garden Route — chickens, avocado trees, solar power, and a fire under the stars most nights. The WildFarm started as a place for travellers to slow down and live a little wild. Watch how we built it, how a storm tried to take it, and how we rebuilt it by hand.
Every rebuild, every harvest, every fire-side night gets filmed. Follow the real, unglamorous, beautiful life of running a backpackers off the grid.
Come stay. Wake up to chickens and the lagoon.
